Top chefs from across Scotland gathered at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews earlier this week for the launch of Relish Scotland Third Helping.

This book features 29 of the best restaurants from Scotland, with stunning photographs and recipes for three signature dishes from each. Relish Scotland Third Helping and features a stellar list of chefs, including Jeff Bland, Graeme Cheevers and Martin Wishart, Colin Craig and Lesley Crosfield, Dominic Jackson, Tom Kitchin, Paul Kitching, Charlie Lockley, Tony Pierce, Geoffrey Smeddle, Michael Smith, Ross Stovold, Marcello Tully and Jamie Scott, winner of the 2014 BBC Masterchef Professionals.

‘Scotland is probably our favourite region’

Commenting at the launch of the company’s latest book, Duncan Peters from Relish Publications said: “Scotland is probably our favourite region because it offers absolutely everything you desire when pulling together a fantastic cookery book, and a packed guide to fine dining.
