With Mother’s Day is nearly a week away, but there is still time to order a bespoke delivery from a selection of Scotland’s finest chefs and producers.
All are available for national delivery, with a mix of fun dining at home and DIY kits which include seasonal fare such as Scottish lobster sushi, hand-dived scallops and crab cakes.
The perfect way to lift everyone’s spirits!
The Harbour Café Mother’s Day Hamper
A luxurious hamper containing the finest ingredients from the sea, shore and fields of Scotland has been designed by Great British Menu chef Amy Elles. For those unable to travel to the beach this Mother’s Day, The Harbour Café at Home delivers a seafood feast to the door for an elegant celebration which includes a lobster sushi canape and crab cakes with saffron mayonnaise. Optional extras include a delicious Picpoul de Pinet French white wine, chocolates, champagne or a dozen oysters to personalise the delivery. Priced at £35 per person, including nationwide delivery. All packaging is compostable or fully recyclable.

Wedgwood the Restaurant’s Mother’s Day Weekend Celebration Box
Edinburgh’s popular Wedgwood the Restaurant showcases the fresh flavours of spring and foraged ingredients in its Mother’s Day Celebration Box. To treat mums to a day off, Paul Wedgwood has tailored the menu so that there is minimal fuss when it comes to preparing it – all dishes simply need to be reheated.
The six-course menu is priced at £135 for two people and £195 for three people (boxes for one can be arranged by contacting the restaurant). There’s also a carefully curated wine selection to match the dishes that have been chosen from the Wedgwood wine cellar.
Free national delivery is available on 12th March and free Edinburgh delivery from 12th – 14th March.

Balgove Larder Mother’s Day Brunch
St. Andrews farm shop, Balgove Larder, can compile the ultimate mother’s brunch to be delivered to the door, including a heavenly selection of products from their larder, home store and butchery. With the opportunity to choose your own selection from their online shop, this is the chance to treat mums to a leisurely brunch (perhaps accompanied by a catch-up over zoom). Co-founder Will Docker suggests items such as Balgove Larder ground or whole bean coffee, a trio of Balgove Larder preserves, freshly baked sourdough, bacon and sausages from the award-winning in-house butchery team, scones from Balgove’s baker and granola for a sweet and savoury brunch full of mum’s favourites.
Those looking to add a bottle of fizz or gin can do so by requesting in the note function when ordering.
Deliveries are free on all orders over £50, orders must be placed before 11am Thursday 10th March to ensure deliveries will be made on Friday 11th March.
